What's the most ridiculous property management fee?

Fees should be justifiable and easy to explain. Unfortunately, too many Landlords go with the Property Manager that's first on a Google search or that has the lowest fees (advertised fees, that is). 

Have you experienced a ridiculous fee from your current or past Property Managers? How did you handle it?
