Hello BP friends!

It's about time for the monthly NW Atlanta REI Meet-Up on Monday, April 25th. Same time and place as last month… 7pm to 9pm at Hudson's Grill in Kennesaw. If you haven't RSVP'd, please go ahead and do so; http://www.meetup.com/NW-Atlanta-REI-Meet-Up/.

The structure will remain the same… We'll kick off the meet-up at 7pm with 30 minutes of socializing/networking and then we'll break out into 3 segment-focused "mini-masterminds" from 7:30pm until 8:30pm. The break-outs will be aimed at Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold and Wholesaling strategy and education.

I’ll be heading the wholesaling breakout discussion with the following topics on the agenda:

Podio setup and how to automate your business with Zapier and 3rd party applications
How to pull comps from Zillow, Epraisal, Redfin and CityData from one source

@Parker Stiles will be heading the fix-and-flip breakout discussion and @Julie Kern will be leading the buy-and-hold group. Parker and Julie are both active investors and will provide some great knowledge and suggestions. Please make sure to thank them for the support!

There is no charge for the event; however, Hudson's Grill is gracious enough to offer their facility free of charge, so please consider this and order some food/drinks.
