Is West Memphis, AR a good area to buy rentals in?

Any investors buying in this area?   How is the rental market?  I know that Little Rock is currently hot.

I do not know what quantifies a market as being "on fire", but LR is doing great for myself and my company. The media source Rentrange has LR being top 10 in rent increases from 2014 to 2015 at 11.4%. We certainly see that in our biz.

West Memphis, I am not sure. I drive past West Memphis all the time as my family lives in Marion, AR. I would think WM would be good rental market, next time I drive over, I may leave a little early and check out.  Maybe why no one talks about is simply because of logistics. Mgmt of a West Memphis property would not make sense for our maintenance vendors, leasing agents or tenants.
