Anyone use the Call Porter service for taking live calls?

i was thinking about using a service called Call Porter, to take live buyer and seller calls. They have an Outbound calling service now, which I am thinking about purchasing as well. Any feedback will be welcomed.

@William Coulter We have been using Call Porter for about 2 years to answer our seller calls.  They do a pretty good job on the initial call gathering information and scheduling appointments for us.  They are more expensive than other services.  I like that they specialize in only real estate investor calls.
