Hello everyone! I'm excited to join the BP online community. Hopefully I'll actually get to meet many of you in person one of these days. Digital is good, but personal is best :)

I'm a brand new wholesaler based out of Pasadena, CA. I'm mainly focused on the San Gabriel Valley, downtown L.A., and Anaheim (where I currently work as a public school substitute teacher).

I'm still working on closing my first deal, but I'm poised to get it in the next 30 days. I'm looking forward to building a solid and consistent wholesaling business in the L.A. area within the next six months to a year.
