good evening BP! I am new to participating in the forum but have been listening to podcasts and watching the webinars for several months. I have always had the desire to invest in real estate but have mostly been full of excuses (pick any of them). Starting now I am going all in no more excuses. I am looking to invest in fix and flip and multi family rentals on the eastern shore of Maryland. Any local wholesalers?

Good luck with your business; I'm in PG county but doing marketing all over the state; anything we pick up on the eastern shore would definitely be wholesale for us.
Congrats on joining BP Brian! You are not alone in your real estate ambition. I'm new to the REI world as well and one thing I have found success with so far is investing in wholesale land. It's a great way to generate revenue without dealing with the hassles of fixing and flipping multi family rentals. Good luck with your new endeavors. Like you said, no excuses!

Welcome to Biggerpockets I attended College on the eastern shore and have thought heavily about acquiring rentals around Salisbury University or University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Salisbury has been under major development the last few years and it may be a great opportunity to buy, fix and resell the property turn key to another investor to use a rental. No excuses!!!
