What type of investing are you involved in?
Thanks for all the support. For now I am mostly interested in single family homes. I am still debating whether I want to get into multifamily units.
Welcome Jake. I have some properties in the area that I think look amazing but do not have the funds currently to move on them, would be happy to send some to you if you're ready to close on one.
The local REIA Group CARPOA meets the first Thursday (7pm) of every month at the Giant 2nd floor in camp hill. Come check it out, its a great place to network and learn. We have speakers that cover many topics such as taxes to landlord law and everything in between. Good luck!
