New members constantly ask me how to get started here on the site, so we put together a post that hopefully, spells it out:
Hey @Martin E Kamenar - Click the START A DISCUSSION button under our logo at the top of the page and you can create your intro.
Thank you. But how does it work from the initial page?
To post an introduction, click on "Community" in the Navigation bar. A drop down menu will appear, and at the bottom of that menu is Start a Discussion.
Click that blue box, and you are taken to a new window, where you can choose a forum to post in, then write a headline and introduction post.

Hi I'm Stephanie I'm glad that I joined bigger pockets I think I will learn a lot from this community.
So here I am, got started before I found all of this great inpho so yep I made a good mistake and got some knots on my head. That first property finally rented 260 above mortgage, taxes, and insurance. only took me 7 months. In the mean time I have made other investments that are cash flowing so I am trying to learn the easier way now.
