I'm a software engineer looking to get into real estate investing to start transitioning my active income into passive income. I'm especially interested in the BRRRR method and creative financing. Good to know! I've been a little worried about getting into the DFW market specifically. After my experience buying my second primary residence in Dallas last year, this market seems very competitive.
