Hello everyone,

       My name is Mathew I live in Ventura CA and am new to real estate investing.  My friend turned me on to BP a few days ago and have been indulged in the magnitude of different resources BP has to offer.   I am interested in getting my feet wet with a Buy and Hold strategy for a rental property or two possibly even outside of California.

@Nick G. Thanks for the shoot out, but I wanted to correct you on the meetup days.  We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month.  I also have one on the second Sat in Santa Monica.  That is this Sat.  IM me for more info.
