Great New Morning Routine

Anyone else have a morning routine that they just love!

I just started listening/watching to a 10-15 minute podcast or youtube video about investing/success/finance/real estate every morning and WOW is it motivating.

This addition to your day costs you nothing, and can be done drinking your morning coffee, or driving to work.

Morning routine is to wake up at 5-5:30am. I do that naturally, without an alarm clock because I don't stay up late.

1. Never hit the snooze button. When I wake up, I get up.

2. Splash cold water on my face. Colder the better, 3-4 times. This is a great waker-upper.

3. Drink 32 ounces of water while doing my daily Bible reading.

4. Read one chapter of whatever book I'm on.

5. Get ready for the day and go to work.

Once at work, I start with BiggerPockets because it's my version of journaling. Then I'm hacking away at my biggest project before others come in and start interrupting my day. I usually get an hour of solid work in before anyone else shows up and it's typically my best hour of the day.
