Looking for realtor in Indy, fellow investors do you have any referrals? I already searched past posts on this forum where people posted similar question noticed very few responses so trying my luck here.
Also, are investors still getting 1% in indiana market or it's already too hot for that and time to look somewhere else instead?

@Anjesh Dubey Did you ever get a response regarding your 1% target? Is that still possible in Indiana?
Is 1% still doable in Indy? Definitely yes. Depends on your goals, but in lower income stuff we are seeing 2%.
I own a property management company here in Indy, we specialize in low income rentals, but we rent houses from $450 to over $1800 a month. Single family rentals our tenants stay, on average, 4+ years.
