Looking for Indianapolis Appraiser Recommendations

Hi everyone,

I'm in need of some recommendations for a direct/private appraiser in Indianapolis. I have a friend trying to buy a home from her father's estate and this is part of the process. I found a similar post on this topic from a few years ago, but looks like that company went out of business.

I can give you the name of the appraiser who just lowballed me on an appraised value and rent if that would help. ;)
