Really? The article only discusses producing electric car parts, which are clearly used by people outside of Kentucky. When you look at the percentage of "clean" energy produced by each state, Kentucky is ranked 37 out of 50. Wyoming is a fossil fuel state, and we still make 22% of our electricity from wind and solar.
