Residential lot survey

Hi all,

I have a legal description issue with one of the properties in Phily. 4 lots next to each other with a house on one of them and not clear description. Have never done surveys in Philly and cannot find a company that would do it for residential.

Do you know of any surveyor that would do residential lot survey? 

I’d appreciate any recommendation.

Did you try Ambric? If they're a no go for some reason, I'll dig up a couple others.
