From what I understand, real estate listings must be made using a personal account (and not a business account) as Facebook no longer accepts real estate postings on Marketplace using a business account.

What has changed in fb ads policy? Do they affect us?

We have ads for our fund going on. Its very difficult to get listings approved. We do not sell real estate but market our funds and are constantly having to edit the ads because they get rejected.

Karl is correct. Business pages can list real estate on their business page or they can create paid ads, but they cannot list in Marketplace. You can still create real estate listings through a personal page.
