Out of State Company naming Indianapolis Operators Scammers
Has anyone in Indianapolis ever worked with Carlos Altamirano with CFA Investments LLC ?
Looking at his BP profile I see he's from Orange County California.
One of my customers sent me a screenshot of an email he sent to my customer basically accusing me of being a scammer.
I've never had any contact with Carlos or his company, but apparently he doesn't mind dragging my company name through the mud all the way from Orange County California. Are there any local Indianapolis cash buyers that have experience with this so called professional who is operating out of Orange County?

If you ever find out that you're competing with this guy beware that he may be spreading lies about your company.
Ben is cool. Never heard a bad thing about him.
@Ben G. The moron can't even spell the word "sign." I wouldn't be worried. Lol.
I have seen Carlos post "ghost" craigslist adds about an apartment he had for sale. When I inquired about one apartment he sent me a different one. When I asked about the one I was actually inquiring about he never responded. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
LOL, this is from their site under testimonials:
“Quite often investors are willing to pay cash for a home and with the recent tightening of financial restrictions, coupled with the growing number of complaints about low appraisals, having a cash buyer has become even more appealing.” Forbes

So all wholesalers are bad actors? I'm confused, I wasn't sure as to whether that was a compliment or an insult.
What about the wholesalers that close on their houses and then resell them? Or are you only the wholesalers that assign bad actors?

I would identify myself as a FLIPPER. The term "wholesaler" has been taken over by many unlicensed brokers using contracts to circumvent licensing law. Many states are now addressing this issue. Florida is one. Oregon is another. I believe CA has addressed this as well. If you OWN the properties you are NOT "wholesaling" in my book.
That is an altered email. I have messaged Ben about this mis understanding. This is the ACTUAL screenshot of my statement. I don't know why this seller would change the wording to put me down like that. He was pretty desperate to sell his houses blowing up my email and texts.
