Hey BP, currently working on wrapping up a novation deal in Sacramento. Curious about everyone's experience on either side of a novation deal. Good, bad, ugly, any advice? Thanks.

I've had a great experience with Novations so far. Just sold one and have two under contract that will go on the market soon.

Novations is allowing us to monetize more leads by presenting an offer that is better suited for someone not desperate to sell but who wants a guaranteed net price.

Yeah, agree. It definitely can help a seller get a higher offer on their property. I'm hearing more and more people talking about novations. Appreciate the feedback @David Ramirez.
