Dawn A., that is the best advice. And also earn while you learn. So you need to reach out to some wholesalers, and make sure you have a JV contract, so they don't try to take all of the profits.

Kris Ned, after crunching the numbers, if you think you can get the maximum for these house, then fix them up and sell them, under market so you can attract more buyers faster.

Thanks for the information Matt Horwitz, I will check them out. I also contacted my local sign guy, and see if he could compete with these prices, He quoted me 100 for 85.00, I will have to pick them up.
