Hey Guys,

I'm looking to build a stronger cash buyer list. People use Craigslist, Facebook, LinkedIn, auctions, REIAs, other wholesalers, realtors, and lenders. I've had some luck with craigslist and messaging people on Bigger pockets, but I'm wondering what systems you guys use to build your list.

Thank you @Wesley B Williams I took your advice when I went out this weekend. I figured visually seeing the distress would be very helpful. I also tried targeting absentee owners for the most part.

Does anyone know if a place exists where I can filter out transactions that aren't cash financed? Preferably free. I want to see where the cash activity is happening in my city and possibly contact the cash buyers. Thanks.

    Hey BP!

So, I'm doing my first drive for dollars. I'm wondering is there any way you guys would recommend filtering my Dealmachine list? For example, would I want properties purchased before a certain date? Do I wanna look for a specific amount of equity? Any tips would be great. Thanks

Hey everyone! I'm planning to do my first drive for dollars. Which site works well for skip tracing addresses? Preferably one for a good deal.

Hey guys! So, I know nearly nothing about wholesaling, but I plan on doing my first drive for dollars. What do you think I should put on my postcards? What's kind of things do you guys put on your letters and postcards?
