@Account Closed that is something i lack, not an option for me. I am checking out my options and I am upbeat that something will come together. I have some relatives that i can hit up for some cash investment once i finish up my business plan. (the $25,ooo) and the land will be free and clear mine. :)

yes that was it for me... inner doubts
@Rod Desinord for me it was the inner doubts and a feeling of lack of knowledge which brought fear that i would do something wrong. (legal) I had to take my fears, find the lack of knowledge and increase that knowledge with truth. Now I am moving in the right direction.
i had an eppiphany today in this same area, what blocks people? What kept me from moving forward sooner? fear and lack of knowledge. Today i went and got knowledge in those areas.

I have found new energy because of finding like minded people to listen to, read, and see others doing it. The positivity that comes from this group is amazing. Energized and moving forward. Thanks BP for such a great place to meet and share experiances.

well today check list- I accoplished alot of info gathering, even driving near 200 miles to various places. I FEEL good. I have a meeting on Wenesday with a ex po of gathered state and fed programs. i Met up code office, sba, score, venture one, irs papers to put together taxes for my "small" business. :D
