@Kris Wong @Aaron Gordy thanks guys! Yes I am new to investing in this market. I don’t think it makes sense for my first investment for sure, but was interested to hear about the experience of going this route. Appreciate the feedback. I will stick to a flip in 704 first

I'm interested in flipping in the Austin, TX market. I just visited the city to study the neighborhoods and view some properties. However, I noticed there were a lot of tear downs of 1 unit to create 2 standalone units in its place. I want to learn more about this process. Does anyone have experience with these new builds? I'd love to learn more about it.
