Thanks @Vince Mayer for sharing your experience.

Did you work with any other coach after your experience with Joe's Product? Any recommendations ?
Also, what strategies you usually focus on these days to buy/sell real estate ?

Great job Quinton on picking up the phone and calling people directly. You really just have to be on the phone to make deals happen. However, i would agree with

@Wayne Brooks that you cannot say the seller is motivated with that statement.

My  2 cents:
Present him your offer and then keep following up every other week until he either sell the house or ask you to stop calling him. Just make sure to do it with respect and confidence.

15 minutes of one video and you have already decided that he is a fraud ???

I understand he focuses on lease options but not really sure of how he works. I am also currently looking for some who can teach me lease options and show me how to build systems to do it in different cities.

I would appreciate if any of his direct student can share his/her experience.

So, I got a owner occupancy notice from IHDA today to remind me that I must occupy the property as my principal residence for a period of 5 years.
If I'll sell or move out of the house, I'll have to pay the amount back.

Question:
Can i rent out the property to someone else ?
Can i sell the house on a lease option/purchase agreement ?

I tried looking for the answer but haven't found clear instructions anywhere.

Hello,

I have recently hired two Virtual assistants for my real estate business and I am planning to start working with them from coming Monday.
Few questions on the process:

1: How can I track their progress ?
2: What telephone service they should use for cold calling people in US ?
3: What all tasks I can assign them ?
4: Any other suggestions ?

This is not complicated but a loan servicing company takes care of the payments coming from tenants/prospective buyer and makes sure everything is in escrow until disbursement.
