Using Bandit signs as a marketing strategy can be tricky. They can be costly and depend on the area signs are up for less than a week. Even my agent signs occasionally get removed. However, if that has been working for you then why not test it out?

Keep in mind the location you are in. If it adds value to the property, replace it!

There is a lot of information in real estate. If you want to start by flipping, I suggest you focus all your attention on flips. Join meet up and network with someone that had done flips, or you can also partner up with someone. It will allow you to make fewer mistakes along the way.
