Pick your top 2 strategies of reaching sellers, refine your script and be persistent and patient. You will get a deal within the next 90-days if you are committed enough to the process. 

Don't forget to network with seasoned wholesalers as well. Local Facebook Group is also a great place to connect with other wholesalers.
