My broker just called me and said that she wants to start a property management company and wants me to manage the day to day operations of that part of the company, I have never managed a large amount of houses so I was trying to see if anyone had any tips or could point me in a direction to learn more about the property management business, (rates where you are, software that may be beneficial or just more information ,) I live in Kansas City Missouri , I know she told me that the key is staying organized because we can be audited by MREC anytime.

I notice a few local Realtors call themselves "Real Estate Consultants" instead of using the term "Realtor" or Agent they said it sounds better and more professional which I do agree with. I wanted to know from Biggerpockets do you feel A Realtor and Real Estate Consultant are the same thing?

Blackberry users there is a awesome app. called called "INVESTMENT PROPERTY CALCULATOR" It's great check it out !

Febreeze, Lysol, And The Powder seems like the most logical choices but wet dog is a tough smell to get rid off !

I start general education classes here in June I'm going to a school here in Kansas City called UMKC looking at possibly majoring in economics , I just wanted to hear from members on Biggerpockets that did go to college; What was your major ? & would you say your major was beneficial to your Real Estate Business .?
