I know this is an older post but I just got approved for a series LLC. I have one question.

Which EIN should I use for my business credit card? The umbrella EIN or should I use the one I will be applying for tomorrow, as a series 1 of the umbrella LLC? (since you can only apply for one a day,) I won't be acquiring another property until 2 years, minimum but I do like the idea of separating expenses for tax purposes. Thanks!

I plan to open up an LLC and transfer my property into it. I already sent the leases to my tenants where I don't mention my soon-to-be LLC. Is this an issue? I was going to set up a series next week (getting help from someone who isn't avail till next week.) Any issues with this? There are parts in the contract where it asks for Landlords or Authorized Management and I put my future LLC name but my legal name as person who can act on behalf of owner...
