I am builder and real estate developer in Charlotte NC. I am looking for private money investors on real estate development deals. I generally buy dirt and sub-divide and re-develop. I am a GC and my son will be starting at UT in Knoxville in a 2 weeks,  and I am looking to do some things in the area. I have a friend that is a mortgage broker and a few friends that are realtors, maybe we should talk.

We have officially 4 houses in progress on site at one time. I will post some recent pictures but in the next few months I will have little time to get on! We will break ground on the last two in the coming months!

There are several books, courses and seminars on real estate development. None them will make you into a developer sorry to say. I had the same questions years ago and read and studied everything I could. But until you take the leap you will be well read but not a developer. Stop looking for a book and look for a deal
