Here's one more on the other end of the spectrum...only 4 units but is higher than $1M. Does have an assumable VA mortgage (per the listing). https://www.redfin.com/TX/Dallas/4512-Sycamore-St-75204/home...

Got it! Sounds like a property that isn't being managed properly. I suspect this is in a C/D area, would I be correct? So if you found something similar in a B, would that work for you? you'd obviously have to pay a little higher/unit purchase price.

Hey @Nevin Wilkie. have you looked on the city or county's tax records to find the mailing address for the owner when it's different than the address of the property you want to buy?

Quote from @Alex Collins:

@Jaycee Greene Not 100%, approx. 80%. Also, no I'm not looking for a complete reno. More like something that needs a maybe new flooring/dry wall with a complete bathroom or kitchen reno

@Alex Collins Got it. So, what's your price point you want to acquire at, given that you're putting in 20%?

@Alex Collins Something like this: https://www.redfin.com/IN/Indianapolis/814-S-State-Ave-46203...? Do you have a PML that will fund 100% of your flips?

Hey @Alex Collins! I know the Indy market decently well. Do you have certain areas or neighborhoods in Indy that you want to be active in? For SF flips, what is your ideal property profile? How much of your own money do you have to invest?
