Memphis Is an incredible city to invest in! We are still seeing positive appreciation and rent growth! All of the properties we are finding are still cash flow positive from day one as well. Entry cost here in Memphis is also pretty low depending on the market some properties you can find for right around 100-120k. Would be happy to help answer any questions about the Memphis market!
