So @Dev Horn , your post prompts me to ask "Who *do* you use to print your large full-color variable print postcards at prices that are cheaper than Click2Mail?" Keep in mind when answering, you must factor in the cost of getting them sorted and into the mail along with the printing!
Setting the timer now . . . . :-)

@Matthew B. , before I saw your comment I was thinking they looked like logos for spas! (no disrespect to your designer Barry). I would definitely make the house part of it more obvious.

@Michael Quarles , how did you come across this company?
Has anyone on the board used them?

You can call and talk to them too, they may be able to put in more selectors for you.

I have ordered several services from Melissa Data in the past, mostly lists and NCOA scans, and have always been very happy with their service. I had not ordered from List Source so I can't compare, but I find the Melissa Data web site is easier for me to navigate.
Everyone has their own preferences but if you want to order from Melissa Data I believe you can with confidence. Alison

I work with owners in DC who owe back taxes and I agree that the call to action for us as investors is to find ways to run our businesses ethically and with high moral standards.
After working this niche for several years I agree that the District should do a better job of protecting its most vulnerable citizens by creating exemptions, caps, and legal fee limits on taxes owed.
I also wish the District would also implement a formal appeal process for those who owe back taxes and have a willing buyer in hand, rather than making it a hit or miss situation where relief is granted based on the how the rep at the Office of Tax and Revenue feels that day.
I have provided and paid for lawyers for clients who can't source them on their own, I've negotiated with the DC Office of Tax and Revenue to reduce charges, and I've attended court hearings, all as part of my service. My tax clients have been thrilled and relieved that they've been able to sell their property and get away with cash in pocket rather than losing it to tax sale.
Each of us as investors has the opportunity to do some good for ourselves and our clients in our business, it all depends on how you work it.

Hi Andres, greetings from down the road in Falls Church! What type of investment do you want the pro forma templates to model? I have a good one for buy and hold residential, and another for multi-door commercial. Alison

@Tim G. , I use Click2Mail quite a bit but have never noticed their sales. How do you find out about them? Thanks, Alison
