@Reed Meyer Hi Reed!
I am a new user of BP as well. Are you a member of any meetup groups? I also want to purchase my first multifamily residence in 2021. Have you built your team? Let's connect!
Warmly,

@Evan Polaski Hi Evan!
I did some research on the local REIA and I've seen mixed reviews. Some users claim that it's a scam ran by Andrew Holmes? Other users claim that it's helpful, but similar to a typical sales pitch. How do you determine which REIA meetups are legitimate?
Warmly,
AJ

@Jason Marcordes Hi Jason!
I am new to real estate investing and the BP community. I'd love to hear about your process acquiring rental properties and flipping. Did you use a realtor to find off market deals? What do you recommend for recent college grads?
Warmly,
AJ

@Todd Dexheimer Hi Todd!
I am in a similar situation. I recently graduated from UIC and I work as an Accountant. Wholesaling laws are VERY strict in Illinois and I believe it's illegal if you do not possess a real estate license. What do you recommend I do to get some more capital?
@Greg Dickerson Hi Greg! What financing options do you recommend for first time homebuyers?
Warmly,
AJ

@Chace Fraser Hi Chace! Thank you typing such a detailed response. Yes, my job is related to my degree; thus, that should give me some leverage. BTW - I messaged you!
@Michael Fitts Hi Michael! Thank you for responding. You're right - I should probably get a roommate. In the meantime, I will have to save up a little more for a larger down payment and cash reserves/emergency fund.
@Lumi Ispas Hi Lumi! Yes, I have a few W2 forms and paystubs from my previous and current employer. I messaged you back!
