Thanks @Dan Manion! @Daniel Windingstad we meet on the third Tuesday of the month in NE Mpls. It's networking + education and attracts all types of investors. As Dan said, meetups are a great place to meet likeminded friends.

Join ReBL Collective and Kurt Pauley this month!

Kurt is an experienced investor, agent, and developer based in Minneapolis— he will be sharing his insights on scaling successful real estate projects. He will share about the mindset required to take on complex and challenging ventures, such as ground-up apartment development. He’ll also emphasize the importance of building the right partnerships and teams to support growth and execution.

In addition, Kurt will give a brief presentation on a new for-sale condo development planned in South Minneapolis. This will be a great opportunity to learn about the financial considerations, design process, and collaboration with the city that go into bringing a project like this to life.
