This is a free event with the purpose of networking, sharing resources and meeting other like minded people. We are a diverse group of investors with different skill sets and net worths. Our goal is to help each other and share from experience as well as just talk about our investing because our non-investor friends are sick of hearing about our new deals :) Come join us May 22nd 11am. No Sales pitch! Feel free to network though we all bring different skills to the table and can help each other!

@jackorthman I am sorry you had that experience.  I have had my share of bad agents too but good agents can be a real resource. Legally no agent should tell their client that a property is a "deal"  What I do is show my clients where to get correct data and how to run numbers correctly and ask them good questions to help they figure out the strategy that is right for them.  What is frustrating as an agent is when clients think they are going to just get something cheaper than everyone else for no reason. Lol like "bring me an off market deal but oh yeah I only have 5% to put down and dont have a job" haha 

I was alerted of this thread because the topic was investing in Redondo or South Bay because that is where I live and work as an agent and investor but the thread kind of went all over. If you need real estate advice in the South Bay feel free to reach out! There are deals everywhere that can make sense but obviously depends on your goals. 

The never ending search. So far I have tried Lodgify and your porter both   Your porter is worse than Lodgify. We never got Lodgify to work right with VRBO. We also use price labs integration. Now looking to switch maybe to smartbnb?  Did you find one that works?
