Just call a real estate agent on your area and he will direct you to find the property that suits your need .

Yes I think it’s too high. I will try to check with credit union banks usually they are better than others on interest rates.

Make sure the price of the property plus the cost of the rehab will keep a space for you profit when you do wholesale. Check how much the house worth fixed up and see how much other properties in the neighborhood with similar descriptions are sellers for. The key is in the cost of repairs.

I own a few rental properties and I would like to buy more. But the market is worrying me a little. The question is should I buy or wait .

It is never too early to build a relationship with a real state agent . The earlier the better. You will familiarized you self with market and educate you self about the area’s prices you’re looking at
