@Earnest Dismukes If it was just land I would totally be like pictures are ok but for an actual building you have to be careful.

We all have a different take on the best way to find/sell land. Our strategy is to make this a business, not send out small batches or handwrite letters or deal with individual counties one by one.  I would recommend contacting the county and see what needs to be done for rezoning, also I would recommend talking to the title company as well who will be closing the deal.

Hello All, Does anyone have a recommended Title and Escrow company they recommend in TN? I recently Found Wagon Wheel and love them but I am looking for a backup company.  Thanks!

@Max Grust Hi Max, another LA local here! I target off-market out of state places, but in areas where I have a person to check out the places and kinda be the seller's go-to person Or in areas I visit a lot.
