@Earnest Dismukes If it was just land I would totally be like pictures are ok but for an actual building you have to be careful.  

Tire Kicker means people who waste your time they really aren't interested in actually going through with the deal.

 I would recommend contacting the county and see what needs to be done for rezoning, also I would recommend talking to the title company as well who will be closing the deal.
