IKEA has great cabinets, not solid wood but good quality w/ nice hardware at a good price. 

My guess is that this would be an upscale mobile home park. I know people do it, you see them on HGTV so it *must* be real, right? ;) 

Great plan. I love tiny houses. even though they really aren't real estate...

Im in minneapolis, but I did 1200 sq ft and it was about $900.

There are a ton of good rental areas in mn, actually there are very few that don't have good rent potential. Zillow is great for estimating rents!
