Holy smokes I listed this thing this morning and I have like 30 people coming to see it tomorrow afternoon. I'm sure we will get it rented! I've got the lease, but do you know where I can find a good management contract?

Ok so here is what I've got figured out so far:
Shoot pics as if I'm listing a house, post it on Craigslist/Zillow etc. setup a cozy.co account to screen tenants. I interview them and then give the owner the final yes or no. Collect rents via cozy and just drive by the property semi regularly. I've got leases available in our mls so I think we are good!
Any tips?
Thanks for pointing this out! Not only am I already pretty equipped to do this, it will be a nice practice run for when I get my first rental property:)
