Rehab cost are always difficult to estimate. We have done over 100 rehabs and me my project manager and construction manager put together what we call the "Rehab Budget Cheat Sheet"

It is not meant to give you exact cost but it is suppose to give you a guideline that you can use to help you.

If you would like one just PM me and I can send you a copy as well.

I have found that these are my best options for mid road cabinets. 

They are actually unfinished pine from HD that we simply paint a designer color.

We have a great opportunity to have a REI Meetup at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre, with several Real Estate Investors speaking as well as featured speaker Mike Holmes from HGTV.

2. HD is going to bring in some of local PARs and will have a booth at the event as well.

3. National Real Estate Expert will be teaching on : How experienced and non experienced investors can make money in this Real Estate Market

4. We are going to have someone speak on rehabbing houses. What is working and not working in the Atlanta Market. He will be teaching on flipping houses and the steps that you need to be successful at flipping.

5. Networking --Networking -- Networking so bring your business cards.



If you would like to attend this REI Meetup please let me know as it stands right now we expect to have over 1000 local investors attending. So it will be a great time to meet other local investors such as lenders, rehabbers, wholesellers, contractors etc

Hey everyone, 

Just wanted to send out a Thank you post for everyone wanting to attend. I look forward to seeing everyone there tomorrow.

Remember the event is from 9am to 3pm BUT if you want a picture with Mike Holmes you need to be there around 8am. There will be a red carpet area set up with a professional camera and you will receive your printed pic towards the end of the day. And you can get a digital copy as well from downloading it from their site. 

I want to also remind everyone there will be selling at this event so please do not be alarmed or upset. 

We are expecting well over 700 people in attendance for this event. So please be early.
