Hey everyone I am fairly new to the BP community and investing however I have loved real estate ever since I was a kid.

I have worked as a marketing consultant for a new home developer here in the SF Bay Area.

I am looking to do some VA work for investors to learn more about this side of the industry.

Any tips on how to go about getting the first few clients?

I am on Upwork however I would ideally like to work for investors.

Any advice would be great! Thanks

Mike Cumbie thanks for the reply. I have tried to engage with them however I am unsure who even lives there. There are about 6 Hispanic guys I see on a regular basis and about 3-4 possibly Filipino men as well. I really don't get it. The other weird thing is all the cars show up like clockwork right around 9:30pm (also not an ideal time to confront a number of dudes (albeit a lot smaller than me lol). There are a few occasions when one or two cars are there during normal hours when I get home from work maybe I will attempt then. I also assume that when you regularly party until after midnight you generally don't care about anyone else but maybe I shouldn't assume.

As always the forums Coke through, some great ideas in here thanks so much for all the responses. There is no HOA it is just a normal California suburb of single family (except in their case) homes. I did yell to keep it down out my window as I closed it last night to turn my AC on because my wife was coughing so much from their BBQ smoke. I have called the police once on them and may just do it every night they are loud past 10pm (I believe that's our noise ordinance but will confirm today). I have found the investors address and drafted a letter that I intend to send certified mail to them. Should I remain anonymous or let them know I am the neighbor? My wife is concerned that the tenants would retaliate in some way if the landlord told them. And too my knowledge there is no PM if there is they are terrible at their job because they have let a nice home go to crap. Anyone want to buy it? By my calculations the investors are standing to make a healthy ROI if they sold haha.

Hey everyone I'm a big fan of the forums and podcast and this question may be a little out of the ordinary but here it is. I live in the SF Bay Area and have some very loud, dirty and overall disrespectful neighbors who are renting next door. I had a friend do a title search and found that the home is owned by investors in San Jose (about an hour from here) how should I go about addressing these issues. They regularly party late until about 12am in their small backyard with a stereo outside cranked up, BBQ at 11pm and the smoke fills our master bedroom, my wife is pregnant and can't sleep with all this and it's taking everything in me to not go over there (my wife doesn't want me too). Also about 8-12 people live in a 4 bedroom house by my count and 8-10 cars show up every night. Any help would be greatly appreciated! -desperate irritated homeowner

I agree with most of the comments above, the eagle does not play an important role in fact you could probably just use some variation of "green" "recycle" type icons and a home. Also as someone who makes signage for a large new home developer for a living. Your bandit sign should more prominently display your message and have your logo as a smaller piece of the overall real estate. I always think "if someone is driving by at 50mph can they figure out what this signs message is" Just my two cents!
