Hello I have found a couple deals and really just want to make sure I'm on the right track with getting them closed and funded properly . I am looking for a Awesome PERSON TO PLEASE TAKE MY HAND AND JUST HELP ME DO IT THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME.I am hardworking and am NOT looking or asking for a hand out just some real true guidance as to whats next and if I'm even oin the right track. Hello Guys and Gals, I'm almost done getting my license and am looking for some people in my area of phoenix AZ to help me start my journey into becoming a full time real estate agent. I am currently working full time and would love to find a different job doing anything in real estate right now so if ANY ONE IS HIRING let me know. Im new and trying to get my first mail going but there are so many categories where do i start ??/what are the best list to look for when going to get list and where do I get them the recorders office ? looking for absentee home buyers and what other categories ? any help is greatly appreciated :)
