@Frank Widner Thank you that sure helped me. i'm trying to do some stuff and I was looking out in Maricopa ,but also in Goodyear and Avondale . there's a lot of newer builds and they are in nice shape and I have seen quite a few for sale signs . any advice on what's the best areas to start in for wholesaling in Arizona ? I have a few people that are looking but they don't want anything in high crime areas which seems to not be spread out here.

Hi All,
Happy New years !!!!! I started my venture at the end of the year so i didn't have any goals but to learn as much as possible. But my plans for 2016 is to obtain my first buy and hold and do several wholesales to get my company up and running. I hope to sell at least 5 properties in 2016 and I believe its possible so we shall see. Determination driven I think I got this !!!!

Thanks for the insight, I am getting my license but I cant start until Jan so ill finish if I move fast by at least march. I wanted to try and do a deal before then to build my bank so when I am licensed I can do whatever deal and be legal with it all . I will be trying my hardest to make this thing make sense.
