Come join our potluck!! Completely informal conversation about REI. We've only BRRRR'd two casas so far, one annually. Interested in meeting people and sharing experiences! We will probably continue to invest in Fort Worth, so no competition. We will provide hamburgers, veggie burgers and fixin's. Please join us. This is mostly to gauge interest in the area, so we won't be having a speaker or sales pitch. And again, kids are welcome! Our kids are 8, 10, and 12. We have plenty of outside space to play with a chill dog and friendly chickens!

Working on our 3rd SFR. We're investing in Fort Worth, Texas. Can someone speak to me about which makes more financial sense, a cash out refinance or a HELOC. We're looking to put probably 30k into a property and have approx 60k in equity in our 1st SFR.

We are a family of five. Our children are 7, 9, 12. We have 2 rentals and our primary residence.  We really need to be referred to the success stories who started like we are. We live on my income, and my spouse is just starting working after being the stay at home dad for 12 yrs. He's working for a friend in construction. Thanks so much!

I'd really appreciate it if y'all could refer me to success stories of REIs who started out when they were young families.  Trying to convince  the spouse that it's possible.
