@DianaDorantes thanks  yea just uses Ottawa  saving Bank but they only do 65%. Did a couple other's banks  a bit ago got to call 2 others back that had 75 to 80% I can pull out of the houses. Don't use streator home savings bank 

anyone know a good place that does rental cash out refi at all ? That's my next step on some of my places to keep getting  more deals also better cash on cash return 

Nice ! Yea if they will sell for a great price or 1031 exchange  into  multi  unit  why not!yes  the numbers will not work for that . Everything  is going well  about to close up on 10 properties. Taking a bit longer then it should.

Hows everyone's  rentals  doing ?  Any issues  and goals  people trying to hit ? 

more people are investing around this area right now. Hard part I see is finding good contractors  still looking for that.
