I have been tracking the Real Estate transaction numbers, prices and return on investments in a handful of cities through out the US through the offices of the Networth Realty Brokerages. Atlanta has the best bang for your buck. Neighborhoods like Historic West End, Old Fourth Ward, and Kirkwood have been so consistent with showing appreciation over the past few years. Still these homes cost generally below 500K and provide large returns. What do you think?

Arizona has a great market. Networth Realty has an office out there I believe and there office is a good indication of the market over there.

@Candace Postell Find a good closing attorney and give them a call. Often times they need your contract and some more information. They will run title to make sure there are no liens attached to the home and then draw up settlement statements for you. They will share these with your buyers. First step is to reach out to one and get them to work.
