@Tom V. Hysterical!
@Anish Patel That looks awesome. Something that is tiny like most NYC apartments but built incredibly efficient.
@Marielle Walter Wow, how are they getting $1600/month!!! Everyone who stayed there, loved it. Looks like they can fit a few more on the lot. Oh, and I love the idea of "Tiny House Village"
@Jason K. Had that idea too. One of my properties has some land but it is in a preservation part of the city; so I am not sure how they would like the tiny house idea.
@Jeff S. Wow, interesting concept! They are pretty booked. I am impressed with the amount they are getting per night, $125. And they are raising the price to $145 in May. I love the idea and would stay in one if the cost was less. For $145, I think I would prefer a hotel.
Another thought is to buy a plot of land by a university and build a few tiny homes. College students don't need a lot of space since they don't have a lot of things. Boarding can be crazy expensive through university/college. Homes can either be rented out or sold. I feel like students would love this idea.

Had a conversation about this last night. Talked about putting a few on a really awesome plot of land overlooking lake/ocean and using Airbnb to rent them out. Thoughts?

Hi Curt, I used Wave for about a year and a half and it was great. In 2014, upgraded to Property Solutions and love them! It is more of a complete property management suite. You don't have to sign up for all the features and can select what you want. Good luck!

Hi Dustin, I use Property Solutions (www.propertysolutions.com) and love them. I was researching all the options about a year ago and that one for me was the best fit. I also looked at buildium, appfolio, propertyware, rent manager, yard, ect. Property Solutions is a one stop shop. They have a lot of different videos on their website on how it all works; so check them out. Let me know if you need a contact or have any questions.
