Hello Raman N. I have been investing in rochester Market for over 10 years. Rental market is extremely strong and you can generally fill a vacancy in less then 2 weeks. Average cap rates between 8-12% conservatively. I suggest you visit the city several times before investing. Get used to the areas, laws. Realtors, attorney, and most importantly property management companies. I know several investors from Mississauga area that have been successful here. You are welcome to Private message me if you need any additional assistance. Good luck my friend and happy investing!

Rahiem Bush I suggest pay him by the hour except for any larger projects such as water heater replacement or a new toilet installation. I bet you will have atleast 15-25 hours worth of work monthly. Pay him decent price ($19-25) per hour and you can easily avoid the retainer cost. Where about is the property. I can try to help you locate some help. Good luck!
