Landlords out there

So about pets - yes or no? (a dog in this case)

I have 3 tenants living in one side of a duplex. Generally good, responsible people. One is asking to bring his dog in.

I agree. And in between is exactly where i am which makes the decision even harder.

To all bay area investors out there an inevitable question:  Do you protect your investment with EQ insurance?

I've been using an EQ policy for the last year and considering should i continue and renewing my policy. EQ insurance as you may now is expensive. Deductible is high. On the other hand if and when the catastrophe happens you won't be sorry for having one.
