@Account Closed for clarification, you are seeking land-line phone numbers for given list of home address(es)? I believe you can get that kind of information from the white pages (google "white pages") but you may have to pay for it. Typical tax record lists that I have dealt with do not have phone numbers as this isn't public info. However I have had luck reaching people by using white/yellow pages.
