@Tyler Scott I'm happy to connect. I work this whole area and actually just helped some investors close on a seller-financed 4-plex in Delta w/ super good terms. Welcome to the area!

@Chris Montgomery I'm curious how the county up there handled that with you and your team...are they letting you park them indefinitely or are you having to pull camping permits or how did that go? Seems like the thing we get most concerns on are related to waste management options (i.e. dumping, septic, pits, etc.) and not being able to "camp" indefinitely on certain pieces.

@Dan Weyers would be happy to meet and discuss options. That price point is a tough one around here but with a cash purchase and a little rehab you might be able to put something together. Feel free to reach out anytime.

What’s up @Louis Orenstein and welcome! I’m a broker/investor in Montrose and work the whole Western slope, UT, and the greater Boise area. If you wanna chat sometime let me know. Or if you’re looking at any specific properties I’m more than happy to give my two cents and help you put it together. You still on the front range or did you relocate out here?

@Logan Gill if you come through Montrose, CO which, I highly recommend you do, let me know. I'd love to meet up and chat. I can also tell you about the market a bit and tell you the good spots for pretty much everything outdoors. I do a lot of biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, etc. and I'm a broker here as well. Montrose has a lot of cool stuff going on and I'd argue its got some of the best access to all things outdoors in every direction but still a big enough town to make things happen. Anyway, let me know and enjoy UT its awesome as well!

@Ashley Zhang good to hear from you. Are you located on the western slope? What types of properties? SFR, Multi, Commercial (various) , Business Opps, Etc. What size of investment? Look forward to learning more to see if I can help.

Hey @Jashua Gupta welcome to BP! I’ve spent a lot of time in that valley and have a property there myself. Provo specifically is undergoing some law changes that aren’t fantastic for landlords or for residents for that matter but that’s my opinion.
Anyhow, what type of property are you looking for?

@Taylor Wade Wirthlin there are definitely deals but a little harder to come by right now as you mentioned. Do you have specific criteria you're looking for? I know the property we've got there has been cash flowing beautifully...and as per usual I kick myself for not having 10 more in the area haha...with time I suppose. Also, are you set on only the Provo area?
